This project was all about the exploration of different media.

It began with a pattern I couldn’t get out of my head— these wiggling interlocking lines that I understood to resemble something biological, specifically neurological. The project grew into a multimedia exploration of this theme as part of my Art Foundation Diploma. For the final piece, I created a pair of ‘neurones’ made from recycled materials that ‘fire’ along the structure to mimic the cell function and structure.
